How to Read A Chinese Menu During Canton Fair

Canton Fair will come, but do you know how to read a chinese menu?
Let me teach you.Here's a quick guide with some vital characters that will steer you in the right direction.



Base
These terms will help you figure out what kind of dish you're ordering.

饭 - fàn - Rice
面 - miàn - Wheat Noodles
粉 - fěn -Rice Noodles
汤 - tāng - Soup
饺 - jiǎo - Dumplings

包 - bāo - Bun饭 - fàn - Rice

Meat
TIP: To avoid ordering cow intestine or duck blood, make sure the type of meat.
